Welcome to Ampliture.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including the AI Opportunity Blueprint™ and the 14‑Day Delivery Reset™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or accessing our materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Offered
Ampliture.io provides two core service offerings:

  • AI Opportunity Blueprint™ — A structured 2-week engagement to identify and prioritize practical AI opportunities across your business.

  • 14‑Day Delivery Reset™ — A hands-on, time-bound service to diagnose and resolve delivery issues, streamline team operations, and implement fast, tangible workflow improvements.

Both services include strategy calls, working sessions, feedback loops, and actionable outcomes designed to unlock clarity, speed, and impact across your operations. Services are offered remotely by default, with optional on-site delivery by agreement.

 

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization.

 

4. Fees & Payment
Fees for our services are as communicated on our website or through direct agreement. Payment is due upon confirmation of service unless stated otherwise.
Refunds: Due to the time-bound, high-impact nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once an engagement begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during our engagements as confidential. We won’t disclose your proprietary data, internal challenges, or strategy discussions outside the scope of our work, unless required by law or with your written consent. We ask clients to extend the same courtesy to us.

 

6. Testimonials & Case Studies
If you participate in our beta program or provide feedback, we may request your permission to use anonymized insights, testimonials, or case study references in our marketing materials. You are under no obligation to provide this, and we will never use identifiable information without your written consent.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Ampliture.io unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may use deliverables within your organization but may not distribute or resell them without permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampliture.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

 

9. Deliverables & Guarantee
We aim to deliver valuable, practical outcomes. However, outcomes may vary depending on your team’s engagement and business context. We make no guarantees of specific results, savings, or financial outcomes.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is domiciled, until such time as Ampliture LLC is incorporated, after which it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

 

11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at ampliture.io/terms-conditions.
